To Be Screenprinted

Your design must be created in a vector art program such as Adobe Illustrator® (CS3 or later). All fonts used must be converted to outlines (or curves). Or, design in a raster program such as Adobe Photoshop® (again, CS3 or later). If you are designing in a raster program, make sure you design actual size at least 200 dpi. When you are done, transfer your design to the template for placement purposes. If you are using the Photoshop template, save off a copy of your design as a jpg or png. No more than 3 unique/spot colors per design for t-shirts. One unique/spot color on Koozies and Mousepads. Please note, FSL Gear does not print specialty inks such as super glow, puff, high density, suede, UV color change, shimmer, glitter or blister. Additionally, FSL Gear does not use heat applications such as flock, vinyl or foils.

To Be Embroidered

All artwork must be digitized. Digitizing is the process of converting your design into stitches. Artwork needs to be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .tif, .psd, .eps and .ai formats. However, .jpg format is the safest and most often used format. If a .jpg, please make sure you design actual size at least 200 dpi. If sending vector art files (.ai, .eps), be sure to convert all text to outlines. If a file is not converted to outlines, you will be notified and will need to resend a outlined version of the art. MS Word documents will not normally work as art files. Due to the fonts changing from computer to computer, we cannot be certain that typed text will be in the same font that you or customer originally intended.
